We are equipped with die casting machines of various tonnages like 135T (Toshiba) 180 T (Shimi) 180 T (SU) and 250T (SS). And we process various aluminium alloys, ADC-12,ADC-6 and LM-6. Our process tem is always looking for optimizing the process to make sure the casting produced are within the superior range of CLASS-1. Our approach of ZERO fettling by which we finish all products through trimming and broaching gives our products more stability and dimensional consistency. Our in process quality team and final inspection team and more over our approach of I PRODUCE and I CHECK policy is showing the path of Zero rejection at customer end and in house.
