Matrix tools and Solutions is a one stop shopping for you product development requirements, committed for helping our customers build products better and faster. Highly Qualified Designers

Our design lab Is equipped with latest CAD/CAM/CAE Softwares like Unigraphics (7 seats) Auto cad (7seats) and solid edge. Our pool of 11 talented design engineers enables us to complete the task in shortest possible time.

Product Design : Plastic, Aluminium, Zinc
Mould Design : 3 plate moulds, Hot runner moulds, Gas Injection Moulds, 2K moulds, Compression Moulds, Thermoforming moulds
Die Casting Designing : Cold chamber, Hot chamber, Gravity die cast.
Fixtures : Trimming fixture, Checking fixture, Relation gauges, Cooling fixtures

Infrastructure

Our tool room is spread across 50,00 sq ft and is conveniently located just an hours drive from Pune Airport. Equipped with more than 30 high end European and Japanese machines, we have a capacity to produce moulds up to 1000 Ton Moulding Machine.

Having High precision Japanese EDMs, various Tool room machines , Agie charmiles wire cut , CMM and spotting presses; we are regarded as one of the best tool rooms in India by our customers.

Our molds & Dies will be fully quali?ed in our dedicated mold/dies testing centers, and plastic parts & sheet metal parts are validated in our metrology laboratory. Our process and QC engineers have in depth knowledge of mold /tool validation and various industry validations protocols (PPAP) documentations.100% steel check of critical dims and shut-off area.
